Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! When you order two EZ Organizers™ your order is upgraded to FREE shipping! Single unit orders are subject to shipping fees.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days once the order is shipped from our facility. We ship all of our orders from Los Angeles, CA.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, if you provide an email address with your order. Otherwise you can call in to our customer service line after the order has been processed and we can provide it over the phone. Please contact our friendly customer service team at 1-888-275-0883 for assistance.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on your order. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, send it back and we will issue you a refund of the full product cost (less applicable shipping & handling).
